The options
Parka, lined blouson, softshell jacket, fleece, bodywarmer, rain jacket and trousers: these pieces complete the basic outfit for winter, wind and rain. They can carry the colours and logo of your team clothing.
Think in layers
Describe indoor and outdoor transitions, physical activity and underlayers when discussing fleece, waistcoats, jackets or parkas. Fit and adjustments should work across the outfit. Water-repellent and waterproof do not mean the same thing.
Clarify the performance required
Rainwear appearance does not prove tested protection. Separate everyday comfort from a documented PPE requirement. Decoration must be considered with the outer material or membrane.
Prepare your request
Describe outdoor working conditions, the season, garments worn underneath, quantities and sizes. Say whether the jacket must be worn with a high-visibility vest or a harness.
